Legislation and Law Resources

All Northern Territory Bills and Acts are held in the Library as well as available on the Legislative Assembly website.
AustLII publishes public legal information: that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports, etc.).
ComLaw is the Australian Federal Attorney-General's Department database of legal data for Commonwealth primary legislation.

SCALEplus is the legal information retrieval system owned by the Australian Attorney-General's Department. (Please note that only the Acts databases will be kept up to date as SCALEplus is slowly being replaced by ComLaw. Use ComLaw to access current regulations and other material).
